Baby Shower

I have started doing custom desserts & candy buffets. I love doing these because I love candy!

This was for my sister's baby shower. We had cupcakes, rice krispy treats, 7 layer bars,dipped marshmallows, dipped oreo's ( these were everyones favorites), and a whole bunch of blue and silver candies. I made the signs and the paper poms. I also took pinup style pictures of my sis for her gift and used them for decoration.

French Macarons

These are my new favorite little treat. I have never had one until a few months ago. I heard of them, but didn't give them much thought until I had an order for some. So after a lot of research I found the perfect recipe. It was the best cookie I have ever tasted! If you don't know what a french macaron is it's not made of coconut. It is a little sandwiched cookie made of almond flour and maringueIt's a little bit chewy and kind of melts in your mouth. Then you can fill it with all kinds of stuff like buttercream, ganache and jams. My favorite is filled with chocolate ganache. Mmmmm I think I need to make some now!

Cupcakes & Candy

This is the cutting cake wrapped with a fabric bow and a succulent on top.

This was the cupcake & candy table. I made these cupcakes simple. Chocolate and Vanilla with vanilla icing. With fondant heart toppers.

New Cakes

Hi I have some exiting stuff to share with you soon, I'm just waiting to get the images so I can post them. Also I just did a new cake  this was for my kids birthday party. I had a lot of fun making this cake. It has 5 layers of cake red velvet and french vanilla with chocolate ganache filling. Hope you like it.

All My Favorite Cakes

OK so these are some of my favorite flavors of cakes I make.The first is a Yellow Cake with Chocolate Ganache Filling and Icing and Fresh Raspberries.

Next is a Coconut Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and Toasted Coconut Garnish.

This is my most favorite flavor of all. I also love the topper on this cake it was made from gumpaste and fondant. The cake is a Triple Chocolate Cake with Mocha Mousse Filling and a Whipped Chocolate Icing.

This is my Pink Champagne Cake. Yum Yum!
